Who is responsible

Information we collect
For employer enquiries, we collect the contact name, contact details, company information and staffing requirements you provide, including roles, headcount, location, timing and working pattern.
For candidate introductions and applications, we collect your name, contact details, current location, preferred work, experience and availability. You can optionally upload a CV. An application may also identify the role you are interested in. You do not need a website account to submit an enquiry or application.
We also receive the information you include when you email, call or message us. Please keep your submission relevant. Do not include identity documents, banking details or sensitive personal information in an initial application.
How we use information
We use your information to review and respond to enquiries, understand staffing needs, consider candidate suitability, communicate about relevant recruitment steps and maintain records of these discussions.

The website forms do not make hiring decisions. Submitting a form is not consent to marketing, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list through these forms.
Storage and security
Website submissions have restricted access for authorised Recruit Motion owners and collaborators. Personal information in the forms uses the platform's encryption controls. Uploaded CVs are stored as private files, rather than made available as public website downloads.
Please contact us if you believe your information has been sent incorrectly or you have a concern about its security.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or recruitment process and meet applicable legal obligations. The relevant period depends on the progress of the enquiry, whether a role or service arrangement follows, the need to maintain relevant records and any legal requirement or dispute.
You can ask us about the information we hold or request deletion using the contact details above. We assess requests against the purpose for keeping the information and applicable requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing and receive information in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
